What is a "scan"? +
One scan = one AI engine queried for one keyword. For example, if you have 5 keywords tracking 3 engines each, running a full check uses 15 scans. Your monthly quota resets on your billing anniversary — the same date each month as when you first subscribed.
Which AI engines do you track? +
We track ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Perplexity, Grok, and Google AI Overview. The Starter plan covers ChatGPT and Gemini. Pro and Agency unlock all six engines.
What happens when my trial ends? +
Your account is locked and you'll be redirected here to choose a plan. Your data is fully preserved — nothing is lost when you upgrade.
Is there a money-back guarantee? +
We don't offer blanket refunds because scan credits are consumed immediately when AI engines are queried. If you believe there was a billing error or a technical fault on our side, contact us within 5 days and we'll review it personally.
