Because check credits are consumed the moment AI engines are queried, we do not issue refunds for used credits.
Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card to start the trial? +
No. Just register with your email or Google account. No card required for the 7-day trial.
What is a "check"? +
One check = one AI engine queried for one question. For example, if you have 5 questions tracking 3 engines each, monitoring all of them uses 15 checks. Your monthly quota resets on your billing anniversary — the same date each month as when you first subscribed.
Which AI engines do you track? +
We track ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok, Google AI Overviews & Google AI Mode. The Starter plan covers ChatGPT, Gemini & Perplexity. Pro and Agency unlock all 7 engines.
What happens when my trial ends? +
Nothing is charged. Checks stop and you'll be sent here to choose a plan. Your brands and results are kept for 30 days, so you can pick up where you left off if you upgrade in that time.
Is there a money-back guarantee? +
We don't offer blanket refunds because check credits are consumed immediately when AI engines are queried. If you believe there was a billing error or a technical fault on our side, contact us within 5 days and we'll review it personally.
Can I switch between plans? +
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. You can manage everything from the billing portal.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal with one click — no fees, no lock-in. Monitoring stops immediately and no further charges are made. Your data is kept for 14 days so you can reactivate anytime during that window without losing anything.
Do you offer annual billing? +
Yes — toggle to Annual above and save the equivalent of 2 months. Annual plans are billed upfront once per year.
